How And When To Have A Colon Cleansing?

It's a clean reality! As you age or when you frequently consume processed foods, your body works less proficiently and over time, you begin to feel sluggish, possibly experience headaches, tiredness, joint ache or observe your skin is losing its flexibility.

Diet has a big impact on health, but did you know the effectiveness of your intestinal, digestive and circulatory systems are just as important to your lasting health and ability to ward off illness? When it comes to your food, what you eat is either a useful nutrient or it's waste!

From your body's standpoint, what you consume is either absorbed for nutrients or it's a waste by-product to be eliminated for instance the body can not process the foreign substances and will attempt to eliminate them.

However, if the body can not eliminate the waste, it finds storage places, places that all too often only become obvious over time e.g. months, and in many situations years. Most people now live in cities and are so hard-working they can't always eat naturally or perfectly. This speed of western life has triggered a demand for easily available foods which has resulted in an explosion of highly processed and refined foods.

Regrettably, while fast and convenient, consuming those manufactured food products tends to introduce conditions in the body that increasingly challenge its ability to cope with the by-products of manufacturing. The result is a growing level of waste material in your body that can not absorbed, digested or easily eliminated.

Some of the handle to shun processed foods

A huge amount of body waste is produced when you consume highly processed foods and if your body is not eliminating the waste 1-2 times a day, than where is it going?

If your food regularly comes from a box, envelope, or from restaurant, it's highly processed and refined with major levels of sodium, sugars, fats and also mix of synthetic chemical compounds to add color, flavor, consistency and of course preservatives.

While they fill you up in a hurry and even taste good (sodium, sugar, fat and the chemical additives do that); in your body, those 'food' products deliver few nutrients and cause much more waste that over time, results in your organs becoming toxic, weakened and sluggish.

About 18-24 hours after every meal, it is normal to have a bowel movement and if you do not, your body is slowly aiding the growth of harmful toxins.

The cumulative effect is your body slowly loses its efficiency and the waste fed toxins get deposited in your skin (accelerated aging), sub-skin (fat deposits) and organs (illness & disease). It all happens so slowly that at first you don't even notice, but eventually the symptoms appear.

While going through this scenario it is very important to have a colon cleanse on a regular basis to keep you fit and fine.
